I would have given this five stars except for the ending. Is there going to be another book or is this just how it ends? Don't want to say anything further and spoil for anyone else who wants to read it. It was somewhat unbelievable in some aspects, however, it is fiction.Who said fiction has to be entirely believable? I thought it was an excellent book, kept you guessing and had plenty of action. There were parts that were a little out there as far as security and all go, but it still kept my interest. I read it in one day as I just had to find out what happened. Anyway, Ben, what's with the ending??? I will definitely read more of this authors books.

Ben Sussman is a fresh read for me totally wonderful book is Internal Threat. Exciting and intelligent writer is Ben. I've read two of his books and looking forward to more I hope.....thank you Ben for great stories!
Wow!!!! Doesn't stop and gets faster & faster and fiercer and fiercer. Unlkess you have to you won't put it down.
Specializiing in the area of computer servers sounds like a "geekie" sort of thing, but "Internal Threat" pulls two competitors together as they pit their skills against high tech skullduggery. Even if you're not into the high tech stuff, don't worry...one doesn't have to be a techno-geek to have fun with this book.
I was not more than 3% into this story before I was completely hooked. It is a fast moving and well paced story with good characters and good suspense. The story is a winner!
Internal Threat is a straight-up thriller. There is no paranormal, science fiction, etc. component to it. So, if you're looking for that (like it exists in Mr. Sussman's first book, The Four Horsemen) then you might be disappointed. However, you should still give this book a try because it is an excellent thriller. The pace is fast and the various plot turns will keep you engaged. The characters are interesting and are well-developed. And for the price, it cant be beat.
I am a very avid reader. I read 3-4 books a week. Since I read so much I am very picky about what I read. This is the first book I have read by Mr. Susanna and I couldn't put it down. I read from early morning light up until bedtime.
This book captured my attention from the beginning and kept me on the edge of my seat until the last words. The intensity of the story and the principal characters kept me on the edge of not being able to put the book down.
Take the time to read the book I am sure you will agree with my thoughts. I intend to mark this author as a favorite and read all I can find of his works. Great Book!!
Since I thoroughly enjoyed Sussman's first book, THE FOUR HORSEMEN, I immediately grabbed INTERNAL THREAT when it was released. I'm pleased to say that it didn't disappoint (although I still liked THE FOUR HORSEMEN more). Packed with action, plot twists and solid characters, it kept me speeding through the pages. This one is a bit more like James Patterson or Harlan Coben so if you enjoy those authors and their thrillers, then get this one.
